i have a marijuana possession with intent to distribute felony drug conviction from 1993 on my record. i have just transferred from london back to the usa for the investment bank i am working for. they are treating me as a new hire instead of a transfer. do i need to disclose my conviction on my application. will it prevent me from being hired here in the usa.
