My medical benefits were deducted from my bi-weekly paychecks and my employer was not paying my provider. Therefore, my medical benefits were terminated on March 1, 2008 without my knowledge and were not reinstated. How can I get my deductions back from March 1, 2008? Also, what type of benefit law can I use?
