How do I find the right lawyer for wrongful

I was terminated from my job today for something that I had no control over and was not even there at the time. They also owe me for about 2yrs of bonus pay which they gave a monthly bonus check to the employees but I did not receive or know about for at least a year and did not receive until around 3 years ago. I have worked at this company for 7years?
